About Epic Installations

If a job needs doing, it needs doing properly.

At Epic, we go to work every day to do a proper job for our customers. We started out in 2014 and have been steadily growing ever since, providing plumbing and heating, as well as kitchen and bathroom installation in Bristol and North Somerset.

In 2019, we rebranded as Epic Installations to reflect our full suite of services, which includes project management
for homeowners, landlords and builders.

We never cut corners and pride ourselves on being reliable and flexible, with specialised staff that deliver top-quality workmanship on every job.
Our lasting relationships with our customers mean they return to us again and again to create their ideal home.

The epic team

A brief introduction to our epic team of qualified plumbing, heating and gas engineers.

Jason

Jason is one of Epic Installations’ most highly qualified engineers. He carried out his initial training in the Royal Engineers and has full NVQ qualifications for plumbing, gas and unvented hot water, as well as more than 15 years' experience in the trade. Jason is a Director in the business and oversees our boiler and plumbing division.

Steve

With full NVQ qualifications in plumbing, heating and gas (including LPG) and over 17 years’ experience in the trade, Steve is a Director of Epic and another of the business’ most highly qualified engineers. He is responsible for overseeing our bathroom and kitchen installation division.

Kyle

Kyle is our office manager.

Danny

Danny is a qualified plumber and expert bathroom fitter. He always looks behind the scenes and plans for the worst, delivering the best outcome for our customers.

Tracy

Tracy is an experienced service and breakdown engineer, with a long-standing background in the industry – in both corporate environments and as self-employed.

Harry

Harry is a qualified plumber, with many years’ experience in the trade. His skill and careful attention to detail have allowed him to become a master in installations. He plays an important role in our bathroom and kitchen projects.
