Epic had already done a number of jobs for me, and I knew other people who had used their services and had really good outcomes. So, when decided to have a new kitchen installed, I got in touch, and was delighted when they told me they could help.

From my previous experience I knew them to be honest, personable and trustworthy, and so knew that I could expect them to do a really good job on my kitchen. I was right!

Careful and considerate in their approach

Even though I was having major works done, there was minimum disruption throughout. Everything was planned and went smoothly. First, they came in and ripped out my old kitchen – that only took a few hours but was potentially very messy! But the team were really careful when coming in and out of the house and also cleared everything away at the end of each day leaving it as if they hadn’t even been there – which I appreciated when coming home at the end of the working day.

Once the room had been cleared out preparation and fitting began. First the plasterer came in and he did a brilliant job, the kitchen was then fitted and Harry did the tiling – he was amazing. I am very particular and wanted the tiles placed in a very specific pattern; he did exactly what I wanted and it looks brilliant. He also very kindly tiled the downstairs bathroom at the same time!

Epic are all about solutions

It was not a straight forward job; I wanted the sink and boiler moved and the kitchen area reduced. This meant moving pipes that came out the floor which were then on show, and drilling and filling in holes in the walls. I also switched from electric to gas. None of this was a problem because Epic are all about solutions – they just get the job done. I have worked with other trades people in the past where everything was either an issue or more money, Epic is just not like that. They don’t just say they can do it, they really can, they inform you of the issue so you have an awareness but then just sort it out.

The project was completed promptly – within 3 to 4 weeks –  and as you can see from the photos they did a superb job.  I would definitely recommend Epic to anyone wanting help with installing a new kitchen or bathroom.
