Kitchens: the heart of a home

There’s no better recommendation for a product you’re selling than installing it in your own house. That’s exactly what Epic’s director Jason Lock did when the company partnered with Moores – a specially selected manufacturer of high-end kitchens. “It’s great kit, with the quality of leading brands supplied a fraction of the cost,” says Jason. “That’s why we chose it for our home.”

Made to order and utterly customisable

The designs – which fall into three distinct groups: the built-to-last Affinity range, the cutting-edge Definitive range and the professional-grade Roux range – are contemporary, with a wide choice of colours and finishes. Each kitchen is made to order and entirely customisable, making it possible to have the carcass and doors one single colour for uniformity or different for a smart contrast. Each piece is individually sprayed, rather than coated with melamine that tends to come away from a wooden carcass over time, extending its lifespan.

“The model we chose has a high-gloss finish, with internally fitted wire work, so the entire kitchen is smooth and handle-less. The glossy finish helps to keep it sparkling clean,” says Jason. Thoughtful finishing touches, which include magic corners that give you easy access to the contents and quiet closing mechanisms, make the kitchen a delight to work in. “We look forward to cooking for special occasions in this kitchen, as it’s so user friendly and all space is maximised.”

As Epic works directly with the manufacturer, Moores kitchens can be provided at an incredibly affordable price. “And because the kitchens are pre-built by Moores, our customers save money as it reduces the install time for us. Our installers are thrilled with how easy they are to fit too.”
