Reliable, efficient and quick to respond

Jason and Steve have been working with Fenwick Ward since before I joined and I’ve been with the company for four and a half years!

As a property letting and management agency we need really reliable suppliers who are quick to respond and get the job sorted. One of the reasons we like working with Epic heating and plumbing services is that they are very responsive. If we report a problem to them, they are quick to go out and assess the issue and report back with their recommendations and an estimate to do the work, for us to pass onto the landlord. Sometimes they can provide a rough diagnosis simply from the description that we give them.

The work that they carry out for Fenwick Ward varies from Gas Safety checks on boilers or fixing non-flushing toilets to full boiler replacements and bathroom renovations. They also do emergency call outs after-hours or on a weekend.

We get good feedback from landlords and tenants – we always ask tenants to check once a job has been completed to make sure they are happy. Epic also send us photos to demonstrate what they have done, which is really helpful – especially when a landlord can’t visit the property themselves.

Epic are good at getting things sorted first time round. It’s the name of the game that in some cases you think that a problem has been fixed but it turns out that there is a secondary issue. If this is the case we know that Epic will quickly re-assess the issue and make sure everything is ok – all under the same call out.

With regards to cost they are not the cheapest but we think they deliver good value for money. We would only use suppliers that we fully trust and simply would not recommend them if we didn’t think they would do a really good job.
