Working for three generations

I heard about Epic through business colleagues and chose to use them because people were saying what a good job they do. I got them to give me a price for a couple bits of work – which wasn’t the cheapest but it was very transparent and clear – so we decided to use them.

Helping source materials and get competitive prices

First they did some work Phil my son and, based on how that went, I asked them to install an en-suite in the extension on my house. I’d done a lot of research and was really clear on what I wanted – the look, the fittings and what we were going to use where. Steve helped us source the materials and get some competitive prices. We bought some items and Epic supplied others and then fitted the en-suite.

Transparency and clarity throughout

What I like about Epic is that they do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they’re going to do it. They turn up on time, the work is carried out to a high standard, there’s complete transparency about what they are doing when, and clarity on the way the project is put together. They also clean up after themselves – so that everything is left clean and tidy.

Good value for money and standard of workmanship

They do deliver good value for money because of the extra things that they do that you just don’t get if you are buying on price alone. They are nice to deal with and the standard of workmanship is really good. So much so that we’ve use them since on other projects including fitting a new boiler and a new shower for my dad.

I would certainly recommend Epic heating and plumbing and have already done so to quite a few people.
