Being a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer demonstrates that we have fulfilled a range of criteria relating to the quality of our service, our understanding of Worcester Bosch Group products and the knowledge and expertise that we have built up around installing, servicing and maintaining their boilers.

We have also installed a record number of Worcester boilers over the past 12 months, which bears testament to our solid belief in the quality of their boilers. It also helps that Worcester Bosch Group provides a 10 year, no-quibble, guarantee on all of their products.

They actively encourage their engineers to constantly improve their technical skills through ongoing training relating to repairs and installation work. They also encourage working on ‘soft skills’ such as customer service which we feel to be a very useful additional skill.
