Five years on from where it all started, all of us at Epic are still going to work every day to do a proper job for our customers. Since 2014 we’ve been steadily growing, providing plumbing and heating – and now kitchen and bathroom installation – to homes across Bristol and North Somerset.

When Jason and Steve first founded Epic, they defined their ethos as “if a job needs doing, it needs doing properly.” That’s still at the heart of everything we do, whether it’s fixing a dripping tap or installing a brand-new bathroom. We’ve built Epic on lasting relationships – with landlords and letting agents, builders and private homeowners. We pride ourselves on excellent word of mouth recommendations and customers that return to us again and again.

In the last couple of years, bathroom installation has become a major part of our business. Partnering with Moores to provide beautiful kitchen installation was the final piece of the puzzle. It was time to rebrand.

Now we’re changing our name and our look to reflect our full suite of services, which includes bathroom and kitchen installation alongside our plumbing, heating and boiler services. With more specialist staff on the team, relationships with trusted third parties and an administration office, we offer project management of entire jobs to homeowners, landlords and builders. We’re now a one-stop shop for home installations.
