New headquarters, new office manager
August 14, 2018
Epic Heating has recently moved into new offices in Montpelier Court, just off the Gloucester Road. We have also appointed Amy Peacock, as our new office manager.
Great new office, great new office manager!
We are loving our new ‘headquarters’, it makes a great base to work from – convenient (the Plumb Centre is right next door!) and plenty of parking. And we are loving having Amy as part of our team. She is helping us with customer enquiries, booking appointments and managing the progress of scheduled work.
Developing the business
The move, and the new appointment, form part of our plan to develop Epic Heating. Amy has been working in the property maintenance field for some years and her experience will be of great value. In addition to helping us develop new business, Amy will play a key role in ensuring that we continue to deliver the same high standards of service as we grow.
Amy says; “Looking after customers and delivering an efficient and professional service are top priorities, so I do all I can to make sure that our daily schedules run smoothly. Our new online project management system allows me to book appointments, manage the engineers’ diaries and make sure that everything is going according to plan.
“All our engineers are connected to the system, so I can see where they are, when they arrive, and when they leave a job. It sounds a bit ‘Big Brother’ but it just means I can spot if anyone is running late, and let their next appointment know. Customers really appreciate this, and it helps demonstrate our level of commitment to delivering a top quality service.”
Our very own Miss Moneypenny!
Already Amy is like our very own ‘Miss Moneypenny’, organised, calm and efficient – she knows exactly how to keep us all in order (she told us to say that) and ensure that nothing gets missed. Honestly, we don’t know how we managed without her!
So whatever you need, be it a plumber to fix a problem, an engineer to carry out a boiler service or repair, or if want to arrange an appointment to discuss a bigger project such as a new bathroom or kitchen, do give us a call on 0117 322 6158, or email and Amy will help get everything sorted in no time.
